Swim 4 Tri

Tues/Thurs – 6:45am

Samena Pool

Triathlon specific swim training.  Session is provided through the Samena Swim club and coached by Ben Bigglestone.

Track session

Thursday – 5:30 pm

Mercer Is. HS

Structured interval training and drills focused on improved speed and technique.  Sessions are run in conjunction with Vo2Mulitsport and coached by Ben.  Open to all Team Synergy members.    

Group Rides

Saturday – 8am

Sammamish Valley Cycle, EMC, or

Mercer Is.

Rides range from 2-5 hours.  Route and pace are discussed prior to rides.  All rides include a warm-up, approx 30 min or so.  All are welcome to join.  Group may break based on varied pace and ride lengths. Rides are followed by optional 30 min transition run. 

Group Trail Run

Sunday – 9am

Cougar Mt. Red Town Trailhead

 

Trail run at Cougar Mt.  Trail maps available at trailhead.  Duration 1-2hours.  Run at own pace.

EMC Ride/ Circuit - Duathlon

 

Mon/Wed – 6pm

Eastside Multisport Center

EMC triathlon specific training program.  Includes high intensity riding, core strength development and running.

Open Water Swims

Friday – 6am

Coulon Pk, Beaver Lk.

Open water swims occur during warmer months.  Location may vary based on participation level.
